American Senior Communities’ Coventry Meadows in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Memory Care Activity Assistant for a full-time day shift to enrich residents’ lives with warmth and meaningful engagement. You will design age-appropriate activities, provide supportive presence, and collaborate with the care team to promote cognitive and physical well-being for individuals living with memory-related conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training; or equivalent
• Completion of a State approved Nursing Assistant training and competency evaluation program or CNA program approved by the State
• This training can be provided by the community
