Job summary

The Seville in Orange County is seeking a dedicated Medication Technician to support residents’ health and well-being through accurate medication assistance and attentive care. You will work closely with the Wellness team to ensure care plans are followed and residents’ needs are met with compassion.

You will also document medication administration, communicate changes to the team, and assist with coordinating appointments and services to maintain a safe, resident-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow physician orders and care plans.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced senior living environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration and documentation.
• Monitor residents and report changes to Wellness team.
• Coordinate with physicians, pharmacies, Home Health, Hospice and other providers.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
