Qualifications

• Maryland Medication Technician Certification required.
• Clear, professional communication with residents and teammates.
• Attention to medication procedures and accurate documentation.
• Basic computer skills for medication tracking.
• Genuine interest in helping older adults.
• Dependable schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Administer Medications safely per physician orders and care plans.
• Maintain accurate medication administration records.
• Monitor residents for changes and report concerns.
• Assist residents with daily living while protecting dignity.
