TheTerraces at Lawrence is seeking a Certified Medication Technician to join a compassionate, resident-centered care team. Part-time and PRN roles are available with daily pay.

Qualified CNAs/CHHAs and a valid Medication Technician certification are required, along with prior CMT experience and proficiency with oral, topical, ophthalmic, and subcutaneous medications. Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Medication Technician/Aide Certification in the state of employment.
• Must also be a CNA or CHHA/HHA, as required.
• Previous Certified Medication Technician (CMT) experience required.
• Experience administering oral, topical, optic, ophthalmic, and subcutaneous medications required.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to follow clinical instructions accurately.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.

Responsabilités

• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with physician orders, policies, and state regulations.
• Provide medications via oral, topical, optic, ophthalmic, and subcutaneous routes as permitted.
• Observe residents for responses, document appropriately, and report changes or adverse reactions to nursing staff.
• Assist with basic resident care under licensed nursing staff direction.
• Ensure medications are stored, secured, and accounted for per procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all medication administration and related activities.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to promote resident-centered care and outcomes.
