Job summary

QSL Management is seeking a compassionate Medication Technician for The Blake at Carnes Crossroads community. You will support residents with medications, document progress, and collaborate with care teams to maintain safety and comfort.

Requirements include a High School Diploma/GED, a current Medication Technician license, and CPR/First Aid preferred. Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, and experience with older adults are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others
• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
• Current Medication Technician License issued by the state
• CPR/First Aid, preferred
• Must be flexible and prepared to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
• Experience working with older adults preferred

Responsibilities

• Reporting changes in the health and status of the resident and completing daily data sheets to record progress
• Assures medication management program is provided in an accurate, professional, and effective way according to The Blake standards and state regulations
• Must understand and be able to provide explanation about the medication dosage/pharmacology when needed Distribute prescribed medications to residents and maintain related medical records
• Assists with dining as needed or directed by leadership team
• Assists with activities to keep residents engaged and happy
