Baptist Senior Family in Scott Township is seeking a Certified Medication Aide to support residents with compassionate, precise medication administration and daily living tasks.

You will follow care plans, monitor for side effects, document accurately, and collaborate with nurses and the care team to ensure safety and quality of life for our seniors.

Full-Time and Part-Time schedules available; pay ranges from $18 to $21 per hour with shift differentials, plus excellent benefits starting day one.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved Medication Aide training program and certification.
• Previous experience in senior care or healthcare is a plus.
• A passion for serving older adults with dignity and respect.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately administer medications to residents following care plans and medical orders.
• Monitor residents for any side effects or changes in condition, ensuring timely communication with nursing staff.
• Provide compassionate, hands‑on support with daily living activities as needed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families, fostering trust and comfort.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver top‑notch care and enhance the resident experience.
