Job summary

Qualifications

• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers prescribed medications and treatments to residents.
• Observes residents taking medications and documents in medication administration records.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living and promotes independence and dignity.
• Communicates concerns or observations to Wellness Director or designated personnel.
