Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or a GED.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Distribute and document medications for residents per physician orders and applicable regulations.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and adhere to established Plan of Care.
• Supervise and care for residents daily according to their needs.
• Provide assistance in dining room as needed.
• Observe, report changes in residents’ condition to supervisor in daily logbook.
