Qualifications

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) for three years.
• Age 23 or older as per insurance requirement.
• Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening.
• No DUIs or major violations in the past three years.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport patients to and from medical appointments.
• Assist patients in and out of the vehicle as needed.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance issues.
• Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
