Logan Health's Primary Care team in Kalispell, MT is seeking a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support clinical care, patient communication, care coordination, and daily clinic operations.

The role involves rooming patients, taking histories and vitals, assisting with exams, documenting in the electronic medical record, coordinating referrals and tests, and delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Candidates must meet the requirements for LPN, RMA, or CMA as stated in the job posting.
• Active licensure or credential matching one of the listed roles is required.
• Professional certifications should be current and verifiable.

Responsibilities

• Greet, room, and prepare patients for examinations and treatments, including medical histories and vital signs.
• Assist providers during exams, procedures, and treatments while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Collect laboratory specimens and document patient information accurately in the EMR.
• Coordinate patient care activities including referrals, testing, prior authorizations, scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Support medication refills, callbacks, and portal communications as appropriate.
• Maintain exam rooms, equipment, and supplies to foster an efficient, welcoming environment.
