Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Medical Assistant to support office procedures and provide direct patient care in a California clinic. The role includes documenting patient history and vital signs, and performing a range of clerical duties to schedule tests and follow-ups.

You will maintain clean exam rooms and organized medication areas, support other non-licensed staff as needed, and ensure safety, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance while delivering compassionate care to patients and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; CPR certification preferred.
• Certification with AMA, AMT, or CMAA (with Injection Training) preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required; strong patient communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with office procedures and provide direct patient care.
• Document patient history and vital signs.
• Perform clerical duties such as scheduling tests and tracking lab results.
• Maintain exam rooms and organize medication areas.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team and participate in quality improvement.
