Horizon Health And Wellness in Florence, AZ is seeking a Medical Assistant to support daily patient care operations. You will assist clinical and administrative staff, ensuring smooth workflows and patient support in a busy clinic setting.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED with a Medical Assistant certificate, familiarity with medical terminology and electronic health records, and a valid driver’s license. Fingerprint clearance and background checks are required.

Formación

• HS diploma or GED plus Medical Assistant certificate from an accredited program.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record, MVD report, and reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic health records.
• Must obtain fingerprint clearance and pass background check.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain day-to-day operation of the patient care area.
• Assist support staff and work with the clinic provider to ensure health support.
• Provide administrative and clinical assistance as part of the care team.
