Dignity Health Medical Foundation is seeking a Medical Assistant to support clinical teams and patients. You will proactively prepare patient charts, verify up-to-date information, and manage multiple patients with efficiency and empathy in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Required are a high school diploma or GED, completion of an MA program (or military equivalent), and BLS certification. Prior outpatient experience and CMA credentials are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Completed Medical Assistant program or equivalent military training.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association.

• Lead in preparing patient charts and ensuring information is current.
• Interact with patients and clinical team to keep day running smoothly.
• Provide empathetic, patient-centered service and follow scripted greetings/closings when interacting with patients.
