Qualifications

• 1 year in an administrative, patient-facing, or customer service role, required.
• Phlebotomy and lab processing skills, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and assisting medical staff.
• Delivering safe, compassionate care in accordance with all external and internal guidelines and regulations.
• Room clinic patients and update patient chart with required information.
• Communicate pertinent patient data to providers and nurses.
• Provide administrative and front-end support including managing phone calls and processing payments.
• Oversees efficient turnover of exam rooms and assist providers as requested.
• Collect, prepare, and submit ordered patient lab specimens.
• Triage patient phone calls and messages and document them.
• Order and manage supplies under the direction of manager.
• Follow company policies and CDC guidelines for infection control.
