Job summary

Conviva Senior Primary Care is seeking a Medical Assistant in Loxahatchee, FL. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling intake, vitals, meds, vaccines, and EMR documentation to support efficient clinic operations.

The role requires MA training or CMA/Registered MA, CPR certification, and TB screening. A bilingual EN/ES ability is highly valued, with Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM hours and a 40-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of MA school/training program or CMA/Registered Medical Assistant or 5+ years experience approved by Provider.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR certification required.
• TB screening as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient intake and discuss symptoms.
• Obtain vital signs and administer medications and vaccines as permitted.
• Perform phlebotomy and collect specimens for testing.
• Prepare and maintain exam rooms; sterilize equipment.
• Accurately document patient information in the EMR.
• Support clinic operations in a fast-paced environment.
