Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meets expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.
• Obtains patients’ records as pertinent to the visit.
• Performs intake including vital signs and patient history.
• Performs POCT procedures as trained.
• Maintains cleanliness of exam rooms and instrumentation.
• Orders medical supplies per clinical standards.
• Documents all incidents per hospital policies.
• Ensures patient information is scanned and records are accurate before visits.
• Demonstrates competence to meet age-specific needs.
• Transports patients as needed within the hospital.
• Performs administrative duties including scheduling, insurance verification, and calls.
