Job summary

Temple Health – Temple University Health System is seeking a Medical Assistant to provide basic patient care under the direct supervision of a physician or other licensed medical provider. This role includes clinical, environmental, and administrative tasks in designated areas.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate of a Medical Assistant program with 1 year of outpatient/ambulatory MA experience preferred and familiarity with EPIC EMR. An approved CMA/CCMA/RMA or BLS may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Graduate of Medical Assistant program required.
• 1 year outpatient/ambulatory MA experience preferred.
• EPIC EMR experience preferred; Basic Life Support required.
