Responsibilities

• Cleans and sterilizes instruments.
• Inventories and orders supplies.
• Gives injections or treatments and performs routine lab tests.
• Inputs data into computer systems for patient records.
• Assists doctors with charting.
• Chart auditing, CPT and ICD-9 review.
• Venipunctures, EKGs, vital signs, injections.
• Prep patients for examination and treatment, assist during procedures.
