Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients throughout visits and accompany to exam rooms
• Handle clerical tasks: scheduling, imaging exams, lab calls, prior authorizations, forms, calls
• Record patient data: height, weight, vitals, medical history
• Assist with physical exam prep
• Perform EKGs, wound care, dressings
• Collect specimens for lab analysis and prepare patients
• Administer medications and immunizations as directed
• Assist with prescriptions and refills as authorized
• Provide patient education under physician supervision
• Maintain infection control and clean exam rooms
• Restock supplies and prepare orders as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
