Job summary

Aurora Medical Group in De Pere, WI is seeking dedicated Medical Assistants and Licensed Practical Nurses to join our ambulatory care team. You will support providers, engage with patients, and help ensure a compassionate, efficient care experience across two weekday shifts with 8- or 12-hour options.

Responsibilities include taking vitals, preparing patients for exams, administering vaccines and meds, performing lab tasks, and documenting care in the EHR.

Qualifications

• LPN license in state of practice.
• MA: completion of an accredited/approved Medical Assistant program or 2 years verifiable full-time MA experience within the last 5 years.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification (AHA) to be obtained within 45 days unless exempt by department leader.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and support their transition into care.
• Take and record vital signs, medical histories, and health screenings.
• Prepare patients for exams and assist providers during procedures.
• Administer medications and vaccines as directed.
• Perform lab-related tasks including specimen collection and point-of-care testing.
• Document care accurately in the electronic health record.
• Partner with physicians, nurses, and teammates to deliver high-quality, coordinated care.
