Job summary

Grace Management, Inc. in Cave Creek, AZ is seeking a PRN Medication Technician to join our assisted living community and grow into a full-time role as we expand. This position administers medications, supports residents with daily living, and helps maintain a compassionate, safe environment.

You will administer medications, observe for changes, and uphold infection control protocols while collaborating with the Wellness Director and staff. Competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must maintain certification in the state where you work.
• Completion of drug testing and criminal background check upon hire and upon request of supervisor.
• Ability to read, write, and speak in English.
• Experience in Assisted Living preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Administer or supervise medications according to physician order and MAR.
• Document medications on MAR following policy.
• Maintain security of medication cart and narcotic keys.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Wellness Director or charge nurse.
• Respond to emergencies promptly and calmly.
