Job summary

Polaris Healthcare is seeking a dependable Medication Technician to join our team for full-time daytime shifts. The role offers on-site training with a starting wage of $17.50 to $18.00 per hour in a supportive healthcare environment.

You will prepare and administer medications, organize the medication room, restock supplies, and ensure cleanliness of med areas. Prior experience is helpful but not required; training will be provided on-site.

Qualifications

• Prior experience is a plus, but not required.
• Paid on-site training will be provided.
• Medication administration duties aligned with care plans.

Responsibilities

• Prepare resident medications for medication pass
• Administer and pass medications according to care plans and facility policy
• Organize and maintain the medication room
• Restock medical and care supplies as needed
• Dispose of trash and maintain cleanliness of med areas
• Complete additional duties as assigned
