Job summary

Responsibilities

• Administers medications as ordered by physician.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, dining and activities.
• Ensures resident comfort and safety by providing friendly, timely, and quality care.
• Respects and maintains residents' rights at all times.
• Responds promptly to residents and family requests/call lights for assistance.
• Observes, records, and reports changes in resident status to the charge nurse or director of nursing.
• Accurately documents care and observations.
