Job summary

Vibrantlifetemperance is seeking a compassionate Med Tech / Med Passer in Kalamazoo, Michigan to ensure residents receive exceptional care. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring resident conditions, and supporting a care team.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours. Benefits include medical insurance, 401(k), and paid vacation time.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in caregiving, medication administration, or dementia care preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Administer medications safely, accurately, and on time.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition or behavior.
• Support Resident Assistants with daily care tasks.
• Serve as the lead in the lodge when a supervisor is absent.
• Train, guide, and mentor care staff.
