Mary Lanning Healthcare in Hastings, NE is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support patients and staff under the direction of a Registered Nurse. You will assist with daily living activities, relay care needs, document patient information, and provide timely, caring basic care to patients and families.

The role requires CNA certification with potential EMT training, a high school diploma or GED, and BLS within 90 days of hire. Experience preferred; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• CNA certification or completion of a basic nursing course.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• EMT training/certification or hospital-provided training may be considered.
• One month related experience and/or training preferred.

Responsabilités

• Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, the CNA will assist patients with activities pertaining to daily living.
• Communicate patient care needs, changes in condition, observations and responses to the RN.
• Document information related to patient responses and/or patient care activities on the appropriate tool.
• Provide basic care in a timely, courteous manner that promotes comfort for patients and families.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
