Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN License.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Minimum 1 year of direct patient care experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Experience with Enteral Feedings.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care.
• Monitor and document patient conditions accurately.
• Perform electronic charting and documentation.
• Assist with specialized clinical care and daily nursing needs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams.
