CentroMed in Texas is seeking a licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for full-time roles at our clinic network serving diverse communities. You will assess, educate, and provide quality patient care as part of a dedicated team to ensure excellent service.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in Spanish, hold a Texas LVN license with CPR certification, and are willing to travel to Centro Del Barrio sites as needed. This role emphasizes community health and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of Vocational Nursing.
• Texas LVN license required; CPR certification.
• Spanish bilingual capability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take patient history, vital signs, symptoms and document in the medical record.
• Administer immunizations and medications as ordered by the provider.
• Maintain lab duties incl. quality checks and infection-control compliance.
• Stock supplies and prepare treatment rooms for patient care.
• Provide health education and review chart documentation with patients.
• Travel to other Centro Del Barrio sites as needed.
