Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs and administering medications.

• Document patient information accurately in medical records for continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and post-treatment care instructions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment in compliance with healthcare regulations.
