Qualifications

• Current LVN license to practice in TX.
• 1 year of patient care experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification or the ability to obtain it promptly.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care per established nursing standards.
• Document patient demographics, care provided, and interventions accurately.
• Assist in admission, transfer and discharge processes and transport patients.
• Ensure timely and legible documentation in patient records per policy.
• Support patient flow by coordinating with the care team and other departments.
