KindHearted Healthcare Services Inc in Bowie, AL is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team. This is a patient-centered role focused on delivering quality care, monitoring patients, and supporting families in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will hold an active Alabama LPN license, be CPR/BLS certified, and demonstrate strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in Alabama.
• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and care teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and wound care.
• Skilled in Trach and vent.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized patient care plans.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately in medical records.
• Educate patients and families on health management, medications, and discharge instructions.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and changes in condition, escalating concerns as appropriate.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant care environment in accordance with healthcare regulations.
