Courtney Manor in Michigan is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation care team. You will provide compassionate care to guests and supervise CNAs/STNAs while administering medications and coordinating health education.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state
• CPR certification

Responsabilités

• Plans, coordinates, provides and manages nursing care and health education for guests.
• Supervise CNA/STNA and other team members in guest care.
• Provide safe, accurate medication-related interventions.
• Assess guest health and notify physician of changes; implement orders.
• Select nursing interventions to stabilize conditions and prevent complications.
• Contribute to guest assessment and plan of care.
