Job summary

RegalCare at Greenfield is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our patient-centered care team. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and help create individualized care plans for our residents.

This full-time role offers a $1500 sign-on bonus and a collaborative work environment in a state-of-the-art facility. CPR certification and current LPN licensure are required to deliver high-quality care and effective teamwork.

Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure and CPR certification are required.
• Experience providing direct patient care in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Strong documentation and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information
• Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans, tailoring care to meet the unique needs of each resident and patient
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and effective care delivery
• Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and respect for patients and families, always prioritizing their comfort and well-being
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and communicate effectively with healthcare teams and families
