Job summary

Prairie View Senior Living in Tracy, MN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate care team. This full-time role offers block scheduling with shifts from 6am to 2pm, 6am to 6pm, or 2pm to 10pm, plus night options.

A $3,500 sign-on bonus for full-time and $2.25 night differential accompany competitive hourly wages. As part of Accura HealthCare, you’ll contribute to person-centered care in a 43-bed SNF setting, dedicated to resident well-being and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Hold current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with applicable state, without restrictions, and/or ability to obtain a state-specific license
• Knowledgeable of nursing practices and procedures as well as the applicable state laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing functions
• Must be capable of performing Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care to residents in accordance with law, regulations, and standards
• Assist with daily living activities and care plans
• Monitor residents, document care, and communicate with team and families as needed
