The Waters of Springfield in Springfield, TN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a caring, collaborative team. You’ll provide patient-centered care, assess needs, plan treatments, and deliver high-quality services in a dynamic long-term care setting.

With a base of up to $36 per hour plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus, shift differentials and bonuses, this role offers flexible full-time, part-time or PRN opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of the facility
• Strong clinical skills with a caring approach to patient care
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Long-term care experience preferred
