Job summary

Aspen Health & Rehab in South Range, WI is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team. You will provide total care for residents, monitor conditions, administer medications, and supervise nursing staff, while upholding HIPAA and facility policies.

The role offers a competitive hourly salary of $27.00 to $31.00, comprehensive benefits, and a $7,500 sign-on bonus. We value reliability, empathy, and teamwork in a dynamic care setting.

Qualifications

• LPN licensure with the WI Board of Nursing or equivalent.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Desire to work with elderly residents.
• Experience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents' condition and needs and administer medications per physician orders.
• Follow narcotics policies and procedures and report changes in residents' condition.
• Oversee nursing assistants to ensure care plans are followed.
• Complete documentation and manage admissions/discharges of residents.
• Report bruises, skin tears, or neglect and maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Build rapport with residents, families and colleagues to deliver quality care.

Education

LPN licensure with WI Board of Nursing

Current CPR certification

Desire to work with the elderly
