Qualifications

• LPN license active in the state or multi-state licensure.
• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program.
• One year of experience in long-term care, subacute, or medical/surgical preferred.
• IV therapy/management skills as required for ND duties where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to residents under supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and document outcomes.
• Support interdisciplinary care and communicate clearly with residents and families.
• Maintain confidentiality and contribute to care plan implementation.
