Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in White River Junction, VT is seeking compassionate LPNs/RNs to join our residential care team. You will deliver nursing care in a warm, home-like environment and be part of a supportive, dedicated staff.

Shifts include days 7a-3p and evenings 3p-11p with competitive pay ($41-$44/hr) and a range of benefits. A valid LPN license (or RN) and CPR are required, with 1–2 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current state LPN license and CPR certification.
• Graduate of an approved LPN program (per state requirements).
• Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience; elderly care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, document, and communicate residents’ status clearly.
• Monitor resident health and report changes per state regulations.
• Supervise Resident Care Assistants and mentor leads.
• Coordinate care with community providers and family as needed.
• Support resident independence while balancing care needs.
• Respond to emergencies and resident calls as required.
