Job summary

Uintah Basin Rehabilitation and Senior Villa in Roosevelt, UT is seeking licensed practical nurses for full-time, part-time, and PRN roles. Pay ranges from $24.00 to $31.22 per hour with a $5,000 sign-on bonus eligible and a Weekday NOC differential of +$2.00/hour.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license
• Understanding of nursing regulations and standards of care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to pass background checks and screenings

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care
• Support the development and implementation of resident care plans
• Administer medications and treatments within the scope of practice
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team
• Collaborate with RNs, providers, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members
• Help ensure residents receive safe, high-quality care every day
