Job summary

Good Samaritan - Bethany in Brainerd, MN, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care for residents in a long-term care setting. Under supervision, you will perform nursing duties, administer medications, and contribute to resident care plans.

Must be an LPN in Minnesota; PRN/on-call role with various shifts (days, evenings, nights) and weekend holiday rotation. Additional incentives apply for weekend and after-hours hours.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse in Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents under supervision.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered.
• Document resident interactions and outcomes of care, medications, and treatments.
• Communicate clearly with residents, families, and healthcare team.
