Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must have CPR certification and current TB skin test or chest X-ray.
• A valid driver's license is needed for cases with driving privileges.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical and personal care based on the Plan of Care.
• Communicate changes in client’s medical status promptly to Nurse Supervisor.
• Drive clients to appointments as needed.
