BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing team in New Wilmington, PA. You will provide one-on-one care in clients' homes, traveling to a nearby assignment with a schedule you choose.

You will follow doctors' orders, assess and monitor conditions, and document observations to ensure high-quality, compassionate care. Flexible full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities are available with solid benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose.
