Responsibilities

• Role model customer service and prioritize patient safety.
• Collaborate with others to meet patients' needs and address complaints.
• Provide for basic comfort and implement care plans.
• Report status changes to RNs and doctors.
• Communicate therapeutically with patients and staff.
• Ensure safe delivery of medications per orders and policies.
• Maintain nursing standards per policy and credentialing bodies.
