Rosaires Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in our healthcare setting. You will administer medications, perform basic treatments, and help reinforce care plans with the care team.

In this role you will educate patients and their families, document assessments and interventions in the EMR, and contribute to a safe, inclusive environment while following established safety procedures.

Competenze

• Current LPN licensure.
• Strong clinical and medication administration skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams.
• Accurate, thorough documentation in the EMR.
• Commitment to patient-centered care, safety, and inclusion.

Mansioni

• Administer medications and deliver basic clinical treatments
