Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Vermont is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, administer medications, wound care, and monitor vital signs.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement individualized care plans.
• Conduct initial patient assessments and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in interprofessional rounds and communicate with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Uphold patient safety, dignity, and respect; perform other duties as assigned by nursing leadership.
