Job summary

Vi Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Highlands Ranch, CO. You will deliver patient care to residents, assess needs, implement prescribed interventions, and collaborate with the care team to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a School of Nursing for Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses.
• Current CPR and AED certifications required.
• Current First Aid certification required or ability to become First Aid certified.
• Minimum 6 months experience as LPN or LVN preferred.
• Prior geriatric care experience preferred.
• Food handler certification where required.
• Basic computer skills and/or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care and services to residents and identify resident needs with prescribed interventions.
• Implement interventions and evaluate outcomes and conditions.
• Communicate and collaborate with the care team to resolve problems and improve care delivery.
• Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement activities.
