Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is hiring Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses (LPN/LVN) for in-home patient care in Daytona Beach, FL. Multiple schedules available (Day/Night shifts; variety of days).

Positions serve teen, adult, and pediatric patients with high and low acuity needs, including feeding tubes, trachs, and vents. We offer flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, or PRN), 24/7 local support, and opportunities for skill advancement with paid training.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on).
• TB skin test current within the last 12 months.
• Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to pediatric and adult patients.
• Collaborate with clinicians to achieve optimal clinical outcomes.
• Adhere to licensing, vaccination and testing requirements.
