Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Gratiot, Ohio, to join our integrated healthcare system. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a registered nurse to provide direct and indirect patient care within a collaborative, compassionate environment.

The role supports infection control policies and patient well-being across multiple settings, including Surgery Center, main hospital, physician offices, and a Youth Crisis Stabilization Unit.

Qualifications

• Experience as an LPN is preferred but not required.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Proficiency in medication administration and clinical knowledge.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the supervision of an RN.
• Record patient measurements and observations accurately.
• Administer prescribed medications as directed by the physician.
• Collaborate with other caregivers on the unit to ensure patient well-being.
