• Current Mississippi (or Compact State) LPN or RN license
• Current BLS Certification
• TB skin test (current within 12 months)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Current Auto Insurance in your name
• Background screening as required by state

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the outlined care plan
• Documenting tasks, observations and assessments
• Ensure quality care by creating, implementing, monitoring and enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures
• Receive clinical direction and oversight from the Lead RN
• Assist with other duties as needed (e.g., PO feeds, seizure precautions, medications and ADLs)
