Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited school of vocational nursing.
• Current LPN license and valid driver’s license.
• Two years’ home health LPN experience preferred.
• CPR certification and Hepatitis profile.

Responsabilidades

• Administer skilled nursing care under RN supervision for clients in their homes.
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team and family members.
• Collaborate with referring agencies to ensure effective care plans.
