Visiting Nurse Health System seeks a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join its Home Health team in Marietta, GA. The role provides compassionate patient care, education, and ongoing nursing services under RN supervision.

It is a full-time, on-site position with a focus on infection control and documentation for continuity of care. The ideal candidate is an LPN with GA licensure, IV therapy training, and 1–2 years in Medicare-certified home health, willing to work Monday through Friday in

Qualifications

• LPN graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• IV therapy certification or IV training.
• Experience with advanced wound therapies.
• Current Georgia State Board of Nursing license.
• 1–2 years in a Medicare-certified home health agency preferred.
• Minimum 2 years as an LPN.
• Valid Georgia driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care, emotional support, and patient/family education in Home Health.
• Deliver nursing services as ordered by the physician and under RN direction.
• Report subjective and objective patient findings to the RN.
• Obtain physician orders and ensure orders exist for each visit.
• Document care provided to ensure continuity of care.
• Adhere to infection control standards per VNHS policy.
